It is possible to request a return within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Send an email to info@drive3.com indicating the return request, the order reference, your data (including a telephone number) and the reason for the return within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the product.
You will receive an email with the instructions and the return shipping label, you can decide whether to ship on your behalf or use the label, in which case the shipping cost of 6 euros will be deducted from your refund.
The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging and complete with all accessories in their packaging. In the event that the returned product is not in new condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item to sender.
